I travelled to my village on Friday, June 1, for the final internment of my maternal grandmother who slept in the Lord at the age of 105 less 4 months. Prior to that time, after our grandfather’s burial, we hosted an outreach and God gave us 153 souls .
Therefore, I saw this as another opportunity for soul winning. I thought I should repeat the process of organising a film outreach in line with the Mnistry’s ‘Operation 615’.
I took along a projector and sound equipment. On arrival, we stopped at the entrance of the village with my sisters, prayed, anointed the ground, commanded favour and massive harvest of souls. To the glory of God, for the 2 days we showed Jesus of Nazareth film translated in my dialect. Thirty-nine people gave their lives to Christ bringing the total number of souls delivered in my village alone apart from my personal and collective outreaches in Kano to 192 in a space of 3 months, 20 days.
When I returned to Kano, 4 days later, I was asked by a company I consulted for to submit an invoice in view of payment for a job I did since February in which the company kept mute. About the same time, I experienced unprecedented open doors both at home and abroad.
Indeed, soul-winning pays! I appreciate the God of this great Commission for his unending faithfulness. To Him be all the praise and glory!
