Spanish La Liga giants Real Madrid have reportedly opened talks with Portuguese football manager Jose Mourinho with the possibility of him returning to the club next year. Jose Mourinho was recently sacked at Premier League side Manchester United, and fresh news coming in stated clearly that he is wanted by Real Madrid chiefs five years after leaving them. According to the report by Mundo Deportivo, negotiations is currently going on between Los Blancos’ chiefs and Jose Mourinho.
The report added that the fact Portugal international Cristiano Ronaldo has left the Bernabeu for Juventus could make all the difference. Jose Mourinho has already given assurances to the Real Madrid hierarchy that he will work to ‘coexist with critical journalists’ if he is appointed. Real Madrid currently sit fourth in La Liga, five points behind leaders Barcelona after 16 matches played this season.
Earlier, Legit news had reported how Premier League giants Manchester United appointed Ole Gunnar Solskjær as their new manager until the end of the ongoing 2018/19 Premier League season. The 45-year-old Norwegian football manager replaces former manager Jose Mourinho who was thrown out of the club because of poor results. He will be joined by Mike Phelan as first-team coach, together with Michael Carrick and Kieran McKenna this season at Old Trafford.
